I'm 26 nearly 27 and looking to lose around 20 pounds! Please add me as well! Also using Tone It Up workout guides and the Peloton Bike if anyone has similar workout routines.
I follow the TIU workouts too! I'm also trying my best to follow their nutrition plan as well. They have SO many yummy healthy recipes.0 -
