I'm a mum-of-13 from the UK so if I can do it, anyone can!
Top two pics were at 42lbs down. Last photo taken two days ago at 60lbs down. Used MFP and DDP Yoga.

I am not done yet but I guess I could call losing 112 pounds a success.
On the left is me from 6 months ago at 320+ pounds and my gut hanging way over 44's. On the right is me yesterday trying on 34's that fit comfortably and this morning the scale smiled at me and said 208 pounds.140 -

Look how pretty your smile is! I know that's the before picture but STILL! You look AMAZING. Do you mind if I ask what your stats are and what your routine was?

Thanks! I'm 5'2". It took around 4 months, and honestly I didn't exercise I just followed a calorie restricted diet and measured all my food intake on this app. I ate 1200 calories and was very committed to the diet and it worked out great!

Oh way to go! Really. You look fabulous. You're officially #Goals.

At my heaviest, 211 lbs, 5'10", measurements 41/36/47".
(I really must learn to take better selfies than this!)
I now weigh 146 lbs, and measure 34/26/38". Hopefully you can also see from the flexed photos, I've managed to build muscle over the last 4 months that I've been lifting heavy, despite also being in a calorie deficit. The photo of me in the capri leggings was when I was only doing cardio.

Thank you! I sent you a pm.
5'5, 33 yo, mom of 3
Start: 174lbs (Aug'16)
Current: 147lbs (Jan'17)
Goal: 138lbs and I'll re-evaluate my next steps from there.
Lost the bulk of the weight by just walking every day and eating at/under my calory goal. In recent weeks, I've added running, HIIT and overall core strengthening - as I suffered from diastis recti from my pregnancies.8 -

I got tired of being fat and everyone saying how big I've gotten. Also, my clothes weren't fitting anymore and I just felt ugly. Started at 201.4 now 170

I still have a loooong way to go, but I feel like I am a success story already.

I don't have any full body pics of me at my biggest (270Ibs) as I could never bare seeing pictures of myself. I never left the house without wearing a coat or holding my coat in front of me for 3 years. I've lost 80Ibs in 7 months and I have about 24Ibs to go until I reach my goal
