... in addition, those "longest living people" probably don't eat processed foods and hold their phone all day while watching Netflix alone in the dark, I'm guessing.
Nope. Not sure how vitamins would help that.

Vit d, calcium + k2 due to low levels and osteropenia.
Ubiquinol and fish oil capsules - hoping the ubiquinol may assist in alleviating dry mouth (Sjogren's).
Occasionally - vit c, acidophilus bifidus, magnesium.0 -
Calcium and vitamin d3,because I have osteoporosis as a result of being on steroids long term. Not convinced they do any good but who knows!
I also take folic acid and b12 to counteract the effects of another medication.
I find multi vitamin/mineral supplements are tough on my gut so I avoid them0 -
One a day multi for women; mega red 500mg; vitamin D (live in MN).0

Most vitamins are not necessary, but being a vegetarian I figure it doesn't hurt. I take B12, multivit, vitamin D, and occasionally iron around when I donate blood. Being a vegetarian the B12 is important for me, and living in Canada in Winter, the vitamin D is also very important. I probably don't *need* the multivit.0

I'm taking a skin/hair/nails vitamin, since I'm working on trying to improve and grow out my hair and nails for my wedding. Post wedding, I may change over to a standard multivitamin.0

Garden of Life - Probiotic Mood, B12, D3, B Complex, Iron, C, Fiber and Magnesium plus Solaray Potassium0

The only time i take a multivitamin is during pregnancy. Otherwise, some studies have shown multivitamins can do more harm than good. http://www.webmd.com/vitamins-and-supplements/news/20131216/experts-dont-waste-your-money-on-multivitamins
I do however supplement with specific vitamins and minerals as needed. Currently I'm taking vitamin D (because i live in a northern cloudy climate) and fish oil (because I'm prone to depression, and I'm breastfeeding so i want to pass on enough omega 3 to my baby). I also eat a nutrient rich diet.0 -

The flintstone vitamins are like a little treat lol. And regular vitamins (even low iron) give me a stomach ache.0 -
I take a prenatal multi vitamin and DHA caps because I bought them in bulk when I was pregnant, then again when I was nursing, and have a ton left.0

Iron supplement for low ferritin (pescatarian diet). Pretty much have all the other vitamins and minerals covered through diet and running outdoors (Vit D). Low iron stores made daily running so laborious I thought there was something seriously wrong with me! All better now though1

I take Flintstones vitamins too along with fiber Gummies and vitamin D gummies.0

I'm haphazard, a multi and sometimes Fish Oil. I also have bottles of B & D lying around somewhere that I forget to take.1

I take a One A Day Women's Ultra Mega from GNC, a calcium supplement, and an iron supplement. My nurse practitioner recommended the iron supplement because I was pretty exhausted all the time and my iron level was on the low end of normal. I take the other two because my diet sucks and I know I'm not getting enough nutrients from food. Every so often, I try other supplements to see if they do what they claim.0
