Double batch of four ingredient protein brownies from Big Man's World. Clock in at 178 cals each with 9g of protein with my protein powder.

Whole Sea Bream Fish (463 grams) pan fried first, then oven-baked. Fish garnished with a mix of thyme, coarse black pepper, coarse sea salt. Rice, steamed carrots and zucchini and my preferred dip on the side. This meal can be around 900 kcal - the canola oil used for frying raises the kcal value. I split the fish to end up with a fair portion

I currently live with a Vietnamese girl and she's been teaching me how to cook Vietnamese food. (I didn't present this dish how a Vietnamese person would, so anyone who knows what they're looking at, excuse me.)

Breakfast Banana Cake from Big Man's World. I baked it for 40 minutes and it still came out a bit underdone. I'll keep it in for 50-60 next time. Still good though.

This is my favourite meal. Absolutely delicious and very quick - it takes a maximum of 10 minutes to prepare.
I'm all about convenience and speed!
The adult portion comes in at just under 300 calories.

Today's lunch. Jerk chicken with salad and goats cheese.
Breakfast was banana pancakes with strawberries and honey.

Shawarma spiced chicken, turmeric cauliflower, garlic yogurt, and other accoutrements.2 -
"not so French hachis parmentier"
Didn't fit all in two pie dish so the little ramekin. Topped with some mozarella cheese. Each serving around 400 kcal. Potato loads the kcal. But what is hachis parmienter without mashed potatoes?
Meat: Beef, minced sauteed in canola oil. Veggie aside from potatoes: cauliflower, capsicum, green peas, tomatoes, onion, garlic. Dessert in a box: fresh fruit salad.

Turkey chili

8 Ingredients
1 stalk large (11"-12" long), Celery, raw
2 large, Bell Pepper
1 qt, Stewed Tomatoes
2 lb, Ground turkey, raw
1 large, Onions, raw
3 cup (130g), Dark Red Kidney Beans
1 chillie, Whole Green Chillies
1 cup, Tomato products, canned, sauce
Brown turkey with onion/bell pepper, salt and pepper. Drain add all ingredients to large pot. Simmer for about an hour.1 -
