Anyone know how to calculate exclusive breastfeeding???

I would also like to know this. I know that you burn 20 cals/ounce but don't know how many ounces I'm making!1

A lot of people add about 300-500 calories a day.1

I've been adding it as a cardio and putting 500 extra calories for 4 days. But my milk supply dropped and the baby has been really fussy like he's not getting enough.
I think I have to add more calories and say goodbye to trying to lose weight while breastfeeding1 -

Yes that happens sometimes... I have to eat like crazy to keep up my supply.1
