My mini goal is to lose 4 lbs and be under 140 lbs! I had not weighed in a while and today weighed in at 143.8, about 10 lbs less than I expected.5

My mini goal is to have to wear a belt to keep my "fat pants" up. Goal after that is to get into my old pre-pregnancy jeans.5
-
It may be a silly goal, but I'd like to wear a crop top to my 8 year high school reunion in August - I'm one of the very few to have a baby, none the less 2. I want to show moms can still look hot! - class of 2009!

About 3 lbs away from a healthy BMI and 8 lbs away from my high school weight.10

To be able to fit my new HUNTER boots that were given to me as a Christmas present. They only work for people with slender calves.

My next mini goal is to get to Onederland, aim by March - 16lbs to go.6

I want to lose 10lbs by my March birthday. That's 9 weeks away, and will put me officially in the normal BMI zone.
Fingers crossed.
Toes crossed.

5% of my weight to be rid of by April 10.5

Well, I just passed 50 pounds lost, so my next mini goal is 60 pounds gone and hitting the weight I was when I married my husband.16

To lose one pound more and to be at 16 pounds lost!!! Like getting over that first 15 pound hurdle. Then I will aim for my next mini goal of 4 pounds lost to be in the 140s for the first time in about 3 years! I am really focusing on micro goals so that I don't get overwhelmed by having to lose 45 total~ Yikes...7

I've already gotten back to my normal weight range instead of overweight. That was my first mini goal and made me so happy. My current mini goal is to loose as much as my 5 year old weighs.(7 pounds to go)6

I have 2.
1) To be at a healthy BMI for my birthday at the end of February (I'm 4lbs away).
2) To keep increasing my running time so I can EVENTUALLY run 5K! I'm currently running for 37 minutes but I go so slow that I haven't reached 5K yet.12 -
@kingleahnidas I just wanted to tell you that I read a couple of your posts either here or on the NSV thread and you have inspired me to train for a 5k. Originally, I said I would start doing this after I was below 200 pounds. I was aiming for the fall of this year. I saw some of your posts, and you mentioned how much you weighed, and I thought to myself if she can run a 5k weighing as much as she does, then so can I. So back in December, I started running as much as I could. It was barely 30 seconds before I had to stop and catch my breath. Now I can run 10 minutes without completely dying. It is still hard, and I am going to have to work up to being able to do it for an hour, but I am hoping I can do it soon. Thank you for sharing your successes and inspiring me.
Wow!! This is amazing! Yes, I started running when I was about 320 pounds, ran my first 5k at 280. Don't let weight stop you Good luck!!
p.s. I reached my mini goal today! Officially Obese Class I. Started at Class III. Next stop: Overweight! lol19 -
To get to -22 lbs by Feb 10. I seem to have a mental block at -20. I need to break it now.2

SAME!!!! I'm so close I can feel it!2 -
My husband has a racer's (drag racing) banquet in 3 weeks. I've never met any of his racing friends or their wives, as I do not normally attend his races since they are a bit far away. I'd like to feel pretty and feel good about myself that night. Can't wait to go dress shopping!5
-
@kingleahnidas Congratulations! You are getting so close I bet you can taste it.
I just completed my first mini goal that I posted on here. I have lost 45 pounds. Next is to lose 5.8 pounds, that will put me at 50 pounds gone, and in onderland. Plus yesterday I ran (Slow snail jog) for 20 minutes no stopping. I wanted to dance when I did that.13 -
I joined a dietbet to lose 4% of my body weight. Lost 9 pounds so far and have about 8 more pounds to go. The challenge ends at the end of the month. I feel like I got this!6

My next mini is ~10 pounds...I just got into the 170s and don't want to stay here long--next goal 169! Then after that will be another 10 to "normal" BMI. I'm doing it!!5

Running a 5k at the end of April and going to the beach in July.5

To get out of the 200s! I'm at 200.8 (lowest 200.6) so I'm super close but it seems to be taking forever..
Also, a fitness goal is doing an unassisted pull up but I'm not sure how "short term" that is lol7 -
Get below my first goal weight for dietbet, so about 111kg. If I don't get to it in 11 days, I lose money :-( I have a lot left to lose, don't like my chances.0

Recovering from a sodium/electrolyte deficiency episode last weekend... NEVER want to go there again... have to pay closer attention to what I am NOT eating... grrr.4

My husband and I are finally taking our (belated) honeymoon in late February. We're going to Hawaii for a whole week! I'd love to be down 20 pounds for pictures and whatnot.7
