Breaking (back) into one-derland! I'm just a few pounds away. Hoping to see <199.8 VERY soon! Would be nice if it was before the end of January but I'm not holding my breath.3

My goal is to get to 280. I'm at 294 right now, so only 14 pounds to go!7

Successfully finish current whole30 (on day 23 ) and do a proper reintroduction.
Doing well on whole30, but kinda worried about adding stuff back in. But I have a plan and hubby doing it with me, so should go well.2 -

I don't mean to laugh, but I found this funny. And not because of your pain, but I'd love to be able to walk my dogs without stopping. They just have to stop and sniff every frikken blade of grass that another dog has touched.
Good luck and hope your back gets better.5 -
Right now, my current motivation to get myself moving is the looming start date of a half marathon I'll be partaking on April 30th. Eeek!!3

I've been relying on several generic challenges, but am going to try the C25K, to get my butt moving beyond just calorie counting3

My first mini-goal is to reach 220lbs in time for a cruise to Mexico in 3.5 weeks. 6lbs away! I've lost 5.8 since January 2nd, so we'll see.
My second (and less mini) goal is to get to a healthy weight for my height (5'10) so that my husband and I can start a family!6 -
My next mini goal is to hit 50 lbs down. Just 2.6 pounds to go!9
-
After losing 127 lbs, I'm 5 lbs from reaching my last mini-goal of crossing from the Overweight BMI to the Normal BMI. After that, all I'll have left is my final goal. So close...20

Mine is ONEDERLAND!!! I started at 327. I am as of today 203. Next weigh day in 2 weeks!! I can do this!!!29

Have just decided that when I get below 200lbs I am treating myself to some Venum shorts for BodyCombat. Have wanted them for ages but as yet don't have my waist size - hopefully when I am down 20lbs they will have! lol6

Lose 5 "little" pounds. My body seems to want to keep it! (But, it is recommended that I lose it.)5

I "started again" on MFP on January 9th because one of my big goals is to get ready for Districts with my women's ice hockey team in March. But one of my mini goals is to get 10 pounds lost, to get down below 160 before the end of January - only .5 left to lose! I had a tough day yesterday with eating but still maintained a deficit.
Here's to reaching all of our goals!4 -
I just hit the '10 lb lost' mark. Next up, another 3.5 lbs to lose the 'obese' BMI term6
-
Love this thread; very motivational.
I'm taking this in 5 lb chunks - just 0.6 left to reach my next one. Hoping to get there for the Twenty One Pilots concert next month.
What I'm looking forward to and scared of at the same time is hitting 100 lb lost. I have a history of reaching a big milestone and becoming complacent, stalling, and never progressing further.9 -
My mini goal right now is to hit 222 (which is the lowest I remember being in the last 20 years!). I've been stuck at 229 for a while. Still eating in defecit so working on it!7

My new mini goal is to NOT let lack of scale progress deter me from my new permanent healthy lifestyle.19

I'm right there with you. The scale seems to be bouncing all around for me since my last update. Definitely frustrating when you know you're doing everything right. Just have to be patient.8 -
To stick to my new strength training routine. It's been 18 days so far and I haven't skipped a day yet (except rest days obviously)!6

Didn't post in a while but I have been lurking. I crashed my bike in Sept and had to get plate and pins in my wrist. That coupled with a two week trip to Miami in Nov and Xmas I put on 2 stone (28pounds). I am 5 ft 2".
Since New years day I have lost 8 pounds and my mini goal is to get to 10stone 7. I am now 10 stone 10lbs.
My regular weight is 9st 4lbs. Please God I'll get there again. Back running now and doing KICKR classes. Plus doing meal prep. I am on a mission.8 -
I want to touch 65 kg till 1st week of April.
After a long break I restarted working out strictly in last week of Nov when I was at 60kg. Good food and proper workout, and tracking everything made a huge difference. Right now I stand at 64.4kg and seems to be right on track. Hopefully I will continue making progress.

Weight is fluctuating. I would love to lose at least 5-7lbs for my birthday. God help me.5
