Do people look at you at the gym when you work out? How do you respond? Are you one of these people who just stares at people at the gym? Personally don't like it when I notice people looking at me. So many things to do, so many things to look at, don't stare at me.

    90 percent of the time I'm sure. Because as soon as I notice, they look away.

    Really depends whose staring and how they looking at you. But yeah most of the time, I want my space.

    Sometimes looks can be unintentional.
    If I'm on the treadmill for 90+ minutes then at some point I'm gonna fix my gaze in one place and be thinking if another.

    In a busy gym, it might be somebody on equipment in front!

    That said - staring for the sake of staring isn't overly cool!

    I was being facetious. I'm not ugly ALL the time - but I definitely am when I roll into the gym at 5 am.

    I think it's mainly because I'm super self-conscious at the gym and that's maybe the reason I think people are looking at me? Idk.
