Hi, I have found a diet that works great for me too. I call it life style. Been on it for 22 days so far and lost 9-10lbs I walk or hike at least 3x a week. I swear by this style because I can eat everything I want in moderation. Update me on your journey and good luck1

I'm Rachel, I'm days away from my first anniversary here with MFP and I'm also hopefully just days away from 120lbs loss. (Currently at 117lbs loss). My goal is another 15lbs down, and from what I can tell it's going to take almost as long as that first 100...so, I'm here to stay!
This is my first time ever dieting. To be honest, I was always too scared of failure to even try. I saw friends succeed with MFP and figured I'd give it a try and it's been life changing!
I have an open diary and am currently doing 1200 calories.
