    HW: honestly don't know as the scale and numbers play badly with my mental health. It has only been recently that I've been stepping on the scale.

    Exercise goals: haven't figured this out completely yet. I hope to get my *kitten* jogging in the next month.

    Exercise: I like quick exercises during the week. Usually davina mc call workout DVDs. Weekends I do davina mc call and some Pilates. Would like to try yoga.

    Exercise preference: Dance Fitness, Weight Lifting, Movie Workouts (think of it like a movie drinking game only instead of shots, you do exercises)
    Exercise goal: Getting the upper body strength to do a pull up, 5k
    Diet: High Protein, Low Carb (at least trying)
    Fun fact: I'm super busy with school, work, my boyfriend and other life activities so I tend to need things to be quick. However, I love to make things (mostly crafts or baked goods) and read when I have some time off to relax.

    Training for second marathon split between heavy weight training or training for a race with weights twice a week. Gluten free (celiac) low ish carbs for now to see if it helps
