Has anyone on here tried and succeeded at managing their PCOS through diet?
I have been(mostly) following a gluten-free, dairy-free, low carb, and soy-free diet. I've lost 8 lbs in the past month. My next Dr appt isn't until April so I won't know how my hormone levels are doing but I'm confident that there will be a difference.
Please share any tips or stories, you may have.

Try over in the Low Carber Daily MFP group. There are a number of members there using LCHF to control PCOS.

Hi,
I have managed a low carb low sugar diet along with consistent exercise for 4years whilst having Pcos. I have managed to lose and maintain the weight loss of 16kilo. The cysts have slowly disappeared and my thyroid has stayed the same level without going further under active.
