I used to think i couldnt be a healthy weight because of my frame structure but seeing people with the same structure be smaller I feel I can do it as well.

sure it wasn't a pro ana blog?2 -
I usually set my goal weight based on a goal body fat percentage - so if I want to drop 5% then I figure out how much fat I need to lose and how much muscle I need to gain and then what weight that will put me at...that chart is way too low...I'm 5'9" and I was 110 lbs in high school and I looked painfully thin even though I ate a ton and was perfectly healthy, I would never want to be that size again and I would not recommend those kind of goals to anyone. If you are already a healthy weight and you want to trim up further for vanity reasons, you could take it 2-3kg at a time and see how happy you are with how you look at every checkpoint.3

I'm sure you said in the deleted Freelee thread that you were a fan.
Seriously, that chart is complete garbage, and I can't believe that it was on a fitness blog.
As people have said, use a proper BMI calculator.

I Google image searched for that.
It's a proana thinspo chart and in no way is any reflection of healthy standards for body weight. Edit: As far as I can see, it's not on any site that is not a pro-ana/mia site. It's not on a single "fitness" site.
Please seek help for your disordered thinking.4 -

Fitness is very different from pro ana. I hope you can listen to the helpful advice here and get yourself on a healthy track.4 -
IF it was a fitness blog, are those lean body mass goals, and you're supposed to have a decent percentage of body fat on top of that?
121 at 5'10" would be scary thin.3 -
