The big thing I noticed is that I am a half inch shorter. It's like my daughter sucked the calcium out of my bones. I want my half inch back!

I swear the twins did this to me! I was literally drinking half a gallon of milk a day when I was in my third trimester! It was my only craving. Just alllll the milk.

I drank so much milk too. I had not really been a milk drinker before that so it was really a new thing.

Ugh! I HATE the lower belly pooch! Its so hard to get rid of. I've literally done over a hundred sit ups and 2 minute planks a day... that thing just loves to draw attention to itself no matter what.

sit ups and planks aren't going to help the belly pouch since it's fat. Just lowering your overall body fat will. Mine doesn't go away until sub 16% bf.

    Hmmm...?

I also lost around 1/2 an inch (but at 6 foot 1, I had the 1/2 inch to lose.) Twins also. Though I've never liked milk, and the thought of it made me sick while pregnant. I really had to be careful to get enough calcium.

Also on the belly pooch - if I didn't have one (C-section) I would easily fit in pants that are 2 sizes smaller.

Ditto. I'm always afraid when I'm at the grocery store they're going to think I'm trying to shoplift a cantaloupe.

So much yes to the weight distribution. I'm within 5 pounds of my pre-pregnant weight and it's all moved around. FWIW, my baby turns 14 next month...

I've had 4 c sections and I'm currently working on weight loss effort #2. After my first two pregnancies, I lost 60# and had a pooch. Eating clean and strength training helped reduce it dramatically. My boobs deflated though, which I hated. But at least I felt good in a bikini...
