 If I hit my January goal, I will no longer have an obese BMI 
 My 200/205 target was doctor recommended, but I might go lower than that, depending how I feel when I get there. That would still be an "overweight" BMI, so I'm skeptical. But health is my ultimate target, not a number.17

 Everyone's different, differebt things/methods work for different people.
 I personally just eat clean, only drink water except in the rare occasion of a family outing
 I workout 5 or 6 days a week with workout DVDs and I chose to talk everywhere instead of driving or public transport x6

 As a little background, I started with MFP about 2 years ago and went from 220-ish to 190 fairly steadily. But I've been sitting at this 190 range for at least a year. I think it's a motivation thing that's keeping me from getting to my goal weight. I was unhappy with how I looked at 220, but not unhappy with how I look at 190. It's just tough to get motivated. Maybe this thread will help.9

            I've been on diets and did a lot of different workouts including lifting heavy weights, hiit, DVDs, hooping, and yoga. I used to like doing Jillian Michaels DVDs a lot, I have a whole collection of her DVDs. Right now I'm going to use my work out bike 6 days a week for 30 mins and Tuesday night I go to an hour yoga class. Thinking about it though I may do some DVDs again because doing the same thing gets boring. Once it's nice out I'm going to walk outside or go to a track. I'm trying to get in better shape I want to get pregnant and be healthy before I do that.6
