Aww, my dinner was at midnight, but my pre-workout snack at 4am!

I tend to snack a TON at work LOL....It's all veggies and fruit and crap, like right now...sliced cucumber.
But I've got a bag of popcorn on standby and my actual "meal" still in the freezer....don't think I'll get to it though because I had a salad earlier.0 -
I hate snacking here, since all I do is sit at a desk!
I turn my designated breaks into small meal times, and my lunch hour as dinner.
In my food diary, lunch is usually 9:30 pm, dinner is midnight, and snacks are 4am.0 -
oh my, everyone is talking about food ..and popcorn sounds delicious! AHHHHHHH0

I know the pain. Shift starts at 11pm and ends at 7. I never know when to eat0

Oh yeah, 7pm to 6am.
Saturday-Tuesday.
Awful, right?! My whole weekend is burnt.0 -
That is a tough schedule!
I'm 12a-8a Monday-Friday....which means my Saturday is shot for the most part.0 -
Oh dang that makes my shift sound like a breeze. I'm 9:30p-6a except for Sundays which is 7:30-6a. Except I also work 7a-3p shifts too which blow waaaay more than the night shifts.0

I was thinking about getting a second job during the day.
At least until school starts.
I want one at like, Rue 21, just for the employee discount.0 -
I've done that before....worked at Gamestop from 2pm-9pm after doing the 12-8a thing.
THAT sucked hard. But needed the cash0 -
At least you all are making money for the night hours you are awake ... i just can't sleep at night, so i work out and surf the web.0

Im a rotating shift. 4 weeks on day, 4 weeks on afternoons and then 4 weeks on midnights.
Anyone with any advise on how I can keep my eating an exercising on track0 -
Yeah it is not bad. I have been working up my endurance and stamina ... and just take it in 1 hour chunks at a time ... and *try* to reach like 4 hours.0

I do Zumba when I first wake up, which is anywhere from 2-4pm.
Then I eat breakfast, come to work.
When I leave, I go straight to the gym.0 -

I'm notorious for snacking at work. Lol. Of course, all of my snacks add up to the same amount of calories as a single meal, but some people just don't understand that it takes a lot of hummus to equal the same calories as their calzone. Here is to all night snacking!!!!! WOOT WOOT!!!0 -

My job consists of:
12a-4a:
Putting in TV Shows to air....checking the log to make sure commercials and shows are correct....watch tv.
4a-8a:
Push buttons and switch the news in the control room.....OR.....Roll the commercial breaks and count the control room in from the commercial breaks.0 -

just for curiosity when do you work out? Before or after your shift? I usually work 6 pm to 6 am and I get up around 3.30 pm to work out before my shift starts, when do you fit it in and why?0
