doesn't sound tooooo random! okay, no more talk about food. la la la la0

I do Zumba when I first wake up, which is anywhere from 2-4pm.
Then I eat breakfast, come to work.
When I leave, I go straight to the gym.0 -
I tend to snack a TON at work LOL....It's all veggies and fruit and crap, like right now...sliced cucumber.
But I've got a bag of popcorn on standby and my actual "meal" still in the freezer....don't think I'll get to it though because I had a salad earlier.
I'm notorious for snacking at work. Lol. Of course, all of my snacks add up to the same amount of calories as a single meal, but some people just don't understand that it takes a lot of hummus to equal the same calories as their calzone. Here is to all night snacking!!!!! WOOT WOOT!!!0 -

My job consists of:
12a-4a:
Putting in TV Shows to air....checking the log to make sure commercials and shows are correct....watch tv.
4a-8a:
Push buttons and switch the news in the control room.....OR.....Roll the commercial breaks and count the control room in from the commercial breaks.0 -

just for curiosity when do you work out? Before or after your shift? I usually work 6 pm to 6 am and I get up around 3.30 pm to work out before my shift starts, when do you fit it in and why?0 -
I do zumba at home before work, then go to the gym after.
Basically because I don't have a whole lot of time otherwise.
I used to hit the gym before my shift,
but then I'd fall asleep at work.0 -
It seems like when I get sleepy I EAT!0

I run in the morning on Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday....do Strength Training on Monday/Wednesday/Friday when my son is napping in the afternoon.0

9pm-6am, but I work from home, makes it harder NOT to snack, but so far so good. I usually workout when I get up in the afternoons. I find if I work out in the mornings when I get off I can't sleep, body still buzzing from the workout..0

I work out when I wake up... thats when I have the most energy.
I eat my biggest meal in the AM or PM when I work nights then follow it with the gym. I find it works the best for me. I am sluggish if I go after work ...0 -
