I thought "Blue Apron and chill" was the next "Netflix and chill," but "Fitness and chill" works just as well!3

I've been using BA for about a year now (typically 2-3 times/month) and absolutely love it. Not all of the recipes are outstanding, but they're all good, IMO. DM me and I'll have them send you a free box if you'd like to try them out.1 -
Hey girl! Feel free to add me.

Are any of you from NC?0

Anyone know what the best scale is?0

Added you and Caferacer, both. I'm not really on a budget person but if a cheaper one works just as well I'd go with them.1

You can add me. I need support friends also. Just starting back on my weight loss journey.0

For food, I use the Oxo 11-lb scale. It's built like a tank, is accurate, and it has a pull out display. I honestly didn't think I'd ever use the pull out display but once I started logging, I discovered it's invaluable. If you're weighing a large bowl or plate, the display can often be hard to read. The pull out display solves this issue. I've had this scale for 6-7 years and have never had any problems with it (knock wood).
For body, I recently got a Withings Body Composition scale, which I love. It syncs easily and the readings it gives me seem consistent. The display is also big and easy to read (the opposite of what I've heard/read about the Fitbit Aria). One caveat: all smart scales use bioelectric impedance to measure body fat%, which is a very inaccurate way of measuring BF. I've turned this feature off on mine.0 -
Feel free to add me, great motivation0

I welcome all adds. My goal long term is 160lb0

For scales, any that as decent reviews on Amazon works fine. Make sure you check the weight threshold's, and perhaps get one with 100 grams sensitivity, that way you can track your progress easier.
I've lost around 60 lb's. What worked for me might not work for you. For me, it was all about tracking my in and outs. Tracked my calories, and still do. Got myself a decent HR sensor (They are not too expensive really, around 60 dollars), so I can track my workout calories too. As long as you get used to Cico (Calories in Calories Out) you will lose weight.
I mean you can ask more specific questions as well if you have any.1 -
Feel free to add me! I've been on an up and down journey with my weight since I broke off my engagement and quit smoking. I'm determined to stick with it this time since I was diagnosed with Lupus last year. I'm always looking for encouraging people. One's who post and comment.

I have been trying to make some lifestyle changes for the past couple years, but I am trying to make it stick this year. Any positivity and/or motivation is welcome because it helps me stay on track! Good luck to everyone!!!0
