posted a few times now but i keep losing xD This is my only before pic wasnt even at my highest its gross how big i was (look how wide i look even in a black shirt O_O and my arms) . 232 pounds highest im now 155

I know that I havn't reached my goal weight yet and I'm only down 28lbs as of today, half way to my goal of losing 60lbs. I'm embarrassed to say that I started at 191 and today I weigh 163 (still alot on my 4'11 height). The before pic I was around 190 and the after pic was actually when I hit 175, I need to take another pic since I'm down another 12lbs. Anyways.. Here you go! Can you notice the difference or is it just me?

It's not just you, you look great! Also thank you for the inspiration I'm also 4'11" and started out a little bigger than you. So it's awesome to see someone achieving so much!

Height: 186cm / 6'1
SW: 155-160kg / 341-352 lbs ish? (my scale only went up to 150kg, so I don't know)
CW: 96.5kg / 212 lb
GW: 75-80kg / 165-176lbs
I believe I'm actually about 130kg in the first picture and at max weight in the second. I'd been put on phentermine, but shortly after I injured my back, and my husband had an injury that stopped him from walking unassisted for about 6 months. The fridge was my gateway to de-stressing. Now hitting the pavement is.

I just want to say a big well done to everyone in here! Also, thank you. I've been working my way through this thread for the last month and it's provided such inspiration when I've been considering skipping workouts and thinking there's no way I'll ever look better. You're all proof that persistence pays off.10

I dropped 50lbs since the end of June 2016 Never thought Id do it but I did it!!! I did a combo of moderate to low carb, higher fat and calorie counting, and strength training.
