I got halfway through the cupcake and then threw the rest away; it was too sweet to handle. That's a small victory, because before I would've snarfed it all down. To me, the fact that it didn't taste as good as I thought it would means my palate is readjusting/changing.

    Congratulations on listening to your body rather than going ahead and eating it anyway!

    Losing 15 by March 12th (the time change). I've lost 7 all ready since I set that goal and I just have 8 more pounds to go.
