What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

To become "overweight" (6 pounds to go) as I haven't been that low in 7+ years and to hit 175 within 13 weeks (my birthday)8

I have 2
1) To work super hard over the next week and a half before my weekend away in Edinburgh which will include too many treats
2) To have a beach body for summer for the first time in years
And an added extra, today I fitted into a pair of jeans for the first time in over a year5 -
Well, I was lazy/busy for January and didn't get in nearly the exercise that I really should have. I managed losing 5.8 ls in January, but wanted to lose 11. Oh, well, it's still nice to lose almost 6 lbs!
Next mini goal: lose 8 lbs by Feb 28! I think that if I kick my booty into gear, I can manage 2 lbs a week.6 -
loose 1kg. 250g per week. Slow and steady.2

Lose 3 lbs by the end of the Feb to reach 100 lbs lost and break (barely) into the 150s.13

I want to hit my goal of 8,000 steps every day this work week (M-F). I have a desk job so usually hover around 5,000 and hardly ever reached my former goal of 10k a day. Lowering it to 8k has been really helpful during the week for me! If anyone from fitbit is reading this... I would love to be able to set a weekend goal of 12k and a weekday goal of 8k! Just saying!!!8

I'm turning 30 the first week of April. I would love to be at 200lbs. I'm at 223 right now... Also, I would love to kick up my cardio game.7

Attending a wedding February 25 and I am maybe 1 inch around the hips from it fitting perfectly. Right now it is a teeeeeensy bit tighter than I would like but still acceptable. So my goal is to lose 3-5 lbs by then as I believe that will help.6

I'm presenting at a conference at the end of March. I'm looking forward to being more comfortable in my own skin, especially while presenting new material in front of a number of giants in my field.11

I have loved reading through these! My most immediate goals is to get down to 250lbs while losing the minimum amount of strength/muscle possible.

My immediate goal that is motivating me at the moment is to continue my MFP streak for 100 days! I am on 31st day.
When you are religiously logging in what you eat, you pay attention to what goes in your mouth, and that seems to be working for me!12 -

Well, as of yesterday, I'm 1 pound away from 300 (the scale just couldn't let me have it), but I'm happy knowing that at my next weigh in, I should be at 299 (that is if I keep losing at the rate I've been losing). Next goal weight...268, which will put me at a loss of 75 pounds since I began doing this back in March.
Well, as of this past Monday, I've hit the -75 mark at 268(.8)...:) So my next mini goal/long term goal is...243, which will be the -100 pound mark.23 -
Today I made it to my mini goal of 50 lbs lost so next mini goal is normal BMI, less than 10 lbs to go!13

Current mini goal is to bring my cardio fitness level up to "Fair" from "Poor". Started at 23-27 and I've bumped it up to 25-29 in a month. Need to hit 31.2 to be in the fair range. So close!! FYI this is From fitbit charge 27

Lose about 2 inches off my waist and hips to fit comfortably in my dress for a formal event at the end of the month.3
