It's too bad I didn't find this thread 30 minutes ago. I just ate a medium rare, well marbled ribeye with a tender cap that comprised about 65% of the steak.0

Oh, medium rare...that's where there is the most flavor is....The best is grilled with only a minimum of spices..I use a hint of garlic and pepper...I want the flavor of the steak, not the flavor of some bottled sauce....0
