Yes. Unlimited veges and lean meats without carbs

Is there a specific reason why you are trying to go low carbohydrate *and* do long distance running? Many runners find carbohydrates to be an excellent source of fuel for training.

Is this a weight loss plan, a training plan, a health plan? What are your goals?

I don't know exactly how many calories this is, but it doesn't seem like it is healthy or sustainable for someone planning to run two hours a day.

Is fat burn plan as well healthy plan. I stopped taking hypertension pills since 3 months ago

So your meals are 450 calories each, but you're eating unlimited vegetables?

Are your meals 450 each plus the vegetables and meats? Or are you eating 1,350 a day total including the meals listed above, unlimited vegetables, and lean meats?

I don't know your current weight or if you're male or female, but it's unlikely that 1,350 a day is enough to sustain two hours of running per day plus whatever else your body needs to function.

YEME, I hope you eat a large amount of unlimted veg and lean meats and keep track of your TDEE, eating enough to fuel all your excersize! Best wishes and good health to you.
