I'm a woman trying to gain weight desperately.. My weight fluctuates from 106-110 I'm trying to reach 12513

Me too. I am trying to reach 120lbs. What are doing to gain weight?5

I am trying to gain about 30-40 pounds. I am on a restricted autoimmune plus low carb diet for health issues, so I focus on eating fatty cuts of meat and healthy fats for the calories. I am doing very light cardio, but will start strength training after I gain somewhere between 5-10 pounds2

Yes I'm definetly trying to gain weight. A good 15 lbs at least. Does anyone have some good tips? I've been eating more meals, and adding in shakes to increase my calories because trying to fit 2500+ calories in one day is not always easy on the go. Also, does anyone know of an equivalent programme to weight watchers/Jenny Craig but for gaining weight!?5

This is what I eat. The breakfast is crazy but I usually just keep everything raw and combine it with my protein shake upon wake. I know it sounds nasty but trust me is taste like a banana shake especially since the fruit I use is banana. I drink that around 7 or 8 no later than 9:30. Then around 12 or 1 I make another shake with one cup of yogurt and one cup of fruit for late morning snack. I do meal prep for my peanut butter and regular chicken sandwiches and put them in the freezer. Around 3 I eat my lunch which is my frozen sandwich ( it says tuna but I made shrimp tacos instead). Then around 5 I eat my peanut butter and jelly sandwich and shake. And at 8 I eat dinner which that I do make fresh every night. I hope this helps. Everything here is also healthy. Most people say just eat whatever fast food that has a lot of calories but it's not healthy.

Btw I eat 3000 calories a day. Sometimes I do skip a shake here and there or I leave the cliff bar out because I am already full but even with that I still meet 3000 calories and my last shake I drink around 10 before I go to bed. I also workout too. Zero cardio just lifting.3

Does anyone else not like that fact that this app doesn't congratulate you when you gain weight only when you loose weight21

I am going to be honest, your diet looks a bit miserable. Day in.. day out. My first bulk, I started off like that and I failed. I would be so full and bloated all the time.. and I gained... NADA. If it is working for you, that is great. But I also eat over 3K cals and I love my food. I love flavour, I love sauces, I love oils. Cook a nice pasta in a cream sauce, add a protein, some veg.. oh man... the cals add up fast and it tastes wonderful. I am not saying you have to eat fast food all day, but having about 80% 'healthy' food to fill your macros and micros then at the end of the day having a bit of treats..ice cream or whatever you fancy really goes a long way. I eat lots of full fat dairy, pasta, nut butters, coconut milk, drinking my cals, etc. This all helps8 -
Lol I don't eat my food just plain. I add spices and stuff to it. I add BBQ sauce and yes I make pasta too and add Alfredo sauce lol. I make a regular delicious meal lol I just try to stick to what it says as like a structure. You can actually make a lot of different dishes.2

Thanks guys for the tips! I've been testing different protein powders but can't seem to find a decent one. Either tastes too grainy or not a good flavor... any suggestions on product brands?0

JYM protein that is what I am taking. It taste great. If you go online and search JYM pro they actually have the flavor rating. I like the vanilla. https://www.google.com/amp/www.bodybuilding.com/store/jym/pro-jym.html?amp=1?client=safari
They sell it at GNC.2 -
I'm with you ladies. I'm trying to gain weight, but I'm having a really hard time because my diet is so restricted. I have celiac's disease, a casein allergy, and I'm lactose-fructose intolerant. So I'm on a zero gluten, zero dairy, and very low sugar diet (total sugars allowed per day is 25g). The struggle is very real. Right now I'm around 18% body fat so I may start to add cardio once a week in addition to lifting.3

Keep in mind that cardio burns calories.. so you will have to eat even more to keep up your surplus.1 -

I would consider switching when you run out. In independent testing, it's fairly poorly rated for quality.
