Thanks everyone. We have been following the Advocare program. Yes, we did the cleanse and used some supplements, however without diet, it would be useless. Diet consists of at least a gallon of water, few starchy carbs (typically we ate quinoa and few sweet potatoes), salads, eggs, chicken and lean meats, protein shakes, meal replacement bars, nuts (portioned out), fruit, veggies, and fish on occasion. The standard diet that supports weight loss. . We walk almost every day (2 miles), body weight excercises, taking stairs when we can, and moderate exercises, 4-6 times a week. I think taking pictures help because it shows progress and keeps us on motivated to keep going. MFP is awesome because it helps keep track of calories in. There is no easy fix but if you keep going, change will happen.5

Thanks for the tip on photos! I think I'll do the same since I just started at the gym but haven't been as strict with diet. Diet & exercise is always key according to any normal program & it looks like its really working for both of you ! I'm so inspired by your photos after only one month!!1
