I want sleep.
I hit it hard today, got a new 1RM.. had the best time in my WOD and did lunges for 165 feet (50 meters) wile carrying 33 lbs (15 kg) over head... Then I went and worked on my pull ups and tried to transition them into muscle ups.
I've also eaten everything today.. I'm just lucky I eat clean or I'd be way over my calories but I need sleep.. it's 18 pm and if I don't go to sleep I'll go get pizza.. so sleep! I want sleep.0 -

Snow!!!! Like 12 inches of it. I only say this because all the snow that has fallen in my neighborhood this winter so far has been like powered sugar. My little one wants to built a snowman
