I do intermittent fasting and have great results. Sometimes I get discouraged and just need an uplift. I'd also like to help anyone else on there weight loss journey to become healthy not just skinny for long term.

I have been doing 5:2 fasting but am going to 18:6 (or 16:8) because I normally fast a lot during the day by nature anyway. Feel free to add me.2

Awesome I'm excited to no someone else is fasting. I'm currently doing the 24hr fast with deflected calories, I'm finding it hard to eat all the cals in one shot, although it is deflecting Cal's though. I eat a vegetarian diet also. Curious to hear how your doing with it?0

just started and am doing 2 day juice/soup fast one day eat healthy to start did pretty well for my first week. Good luck all1
