@jainlor.. i always had issues with "going" but with the added fat I'm doing so good! I had always cut fat instead of adding it... so now .. no needed meds etc. & its all good! Just have to have enough fiber1

@jainlor ... sorry! The fats we eat are good quality coconut oil, avacado, olive oil, tree nuts, we use heavy cream for coffee, then butter, meats, salmon, Eggs, food quality bacon/sausage plus more. I googled the keto food list when i was doing my research. It gives you lots of ideas & recipes too! Also fb has "Keto vip" which is a great site when on fb. They recommend my fitness pal!!1

Also I do 5% carbs, 20% Protein & 65% fats... i was doing 10% carbs but found i am doing better this time around with 5% which is what some recommend on my keto site.1
