Keto Meal Planning

Hey guys!

Right now I am on a mainly Keto meal plan!
Trying it for a couple weeks to reduce gut inflammation and trying to cut some BF
Let me know if there is anyone else on here that does high fat high protein meal planning and what their thoughts on it are!
My body has a tough time processing grains
Anyway looking for new friends!

    Hey try adding coconut oil to ur coffee and smoothies and shakes... I cook my eggs in it, mix it in hot brown rice or veggies add avacado to everything lol .

    I'm also new to the keto diet. Would like some insight on best way to start off. I so far have tried to set my goals to be 5% carbs, 35% protein, and 60% fat on myfitness pal app. Do you guys fast in the morning?
