    WELCOME briturner14! All you do is choose your exercise. You log your miles or steps as often as you can. Some times we can't be here every day. just look back at MINE and follow suit or follow someone else's... Did that explain ok?

    Feb 6 - 3 km (35 min) walking. Rest day.

    Was not able too log past few days. We were away. I did stay under my calorie goal and we got in our walks. We walked at least twice a day too make sure we got them in...

    Sorry I've been MIA. Been super busy with work (new contract), had some injuries, and just haven't been hitting the forums for much in the past few weeks due to life being in the way.

    Super behind in my mileage goals. Since I'm also in a 1000 miles in 2017 challenge, I have already had to adjust my goals, which means that even though I won't hit my 85 miles in February, I'm probably going to be upping my goal for March to 100 miles...lol. Totally counter-intuitive, but I'm starting to think I need a higher goal to at least reach the minimums I need for the other challenge, if I fall short. Sort of the "shoot for the stars and you'll at least reach the moon" philosophy.


    Anyway, here's my update for the month, and hope to be more accountable in the future.

    1 February: 2.2 miles - Walking; 2.26 miles - Glider = 4.46 miles total
    2 February: 1.5 miles - Walking
    3 February: 4.25 miles - Glider; 1.5 miles - Walking = 5.75 miles total
    4 February: 4.20 miles - Glider
    5 February: 4.12 miles - Glider
    6 February: 4.01 miles - Glider
    7 February: 4.54 miles - SUP
    8 February: No miles
