Next goals:
196.7 - 30% of my body weight lost!
191 - 90lbs lost!
179 - move out of the obese category and into overweight!!!
Non-weight related:
Finish my 30 day plank challenge with my friend (we only have 4 days left)
Start wall sit challenge with same friend
Keep doing my strength training exercises!
Update!!!
Made it to 195.6 this morning. That's 30.4% of my body weight lost!!! 85 lbs down!
191 is right around the corner!
Finished my plank challenge.
Started a new challenge. We decided to not to walk sits but do squats and abs.
And I've continued on with my other strength training! Even though I've started dating and juggling that with trying to eat healthy and still workout can be rough. (Eventuall I would feel comfortable asking them to do some of these things with me but just not there yet)
I love reading everyone's goals! Keep up the hard work!

New mini goal is to get under 185 lbs.
The last couple of weeks I have been bouncing around the high end of the 180s. I've been in sort of a bad mental state because of it. I just need to lose 2.4 lbs to get under 185 lbs and I think it would help me mentally a lot.
Hey past me. I know you're worried and scared you're going to completely fall off the wagon and gain the weight back.
But hey, it's okay. You were 182.8 this morning. 2.8 lbs away from being out of the obese range.
You can do this. And nothing can stop you.17 -
To hit 100 miles hiked on the Appalachian Trail!
My goal after that... all of Virginia's 550.3 miles hiked on the AT by the end of this summer.14 -
I surpassed my original goal of 30lbs by 14lbs, so now I want to lose 6 more to make it an even 50! I would like to do it by Mother's Day since I started eating for the rest of my life on the Monday after Mother's Day last year!12

I want to get under 209! (CW 220). Then I will no longer be "obese" and can enjoy being simply overweight for a while!13

Get below 80kg. I have 1.2km till I reach this mini goal.7

I want to lose 10 pounds in the month of March.
I'm a couple pounds from 265 and if I can get down to that by March 1st, then I would be 255 by March 31st!
That means I have to be more diligent with my calories than I have been. I can do this!5 -
1) Maintain 40 minutes/5 times a week for the rest of February.
2) Lose another 4 pounds by the end of March.
3) Be more conscious of what I am eating, and stick to my daily food goals.9 -

I went from wearing 4x shirts and 48 pants to 34 pants and large shirts a few years ago... crept back up to 300 lbs wearing 2xl shirts and 40 pants...
So at this point my mini goal is to wear 2x clothes comfortably again and work my way back down the scale and inches...7 -

Ahhhggggg
How are you guys weighing 300 pounds and wearing 40w???? I'm down to 260 and still wearing 44's. And that is down from 52W.
Sorry. That slipped out.10 -
Hitting 20kg lost - I've been in the 18-19kg range for WEEKS now!!4

I just blew up one of my goals when I bumped up the weight while lifting this week. I'm now lifting my highest ever on most of my lifts after having slacked off and wrecked my progress last year. But it came back! Now I need another. It takes so long to go up in weight for me, that I won't make that my next mini-goal. That will be more medium-to-long range.
SO my next mini-goal will be hitting my desired cholesterol level by getting my body fat down another 2-3% by my next check in May. (I have genetically high cholesterol even though I am relatively fit, practice healthy eating habits and am at my ideal BMI. Getting my fat mass down to the lower end of the healthy range brings my cholesterol down every time. Right now I'm somewhere in the middle healthy range for BF.)
Good luck on your goals, everyone!6 -
I'm attending a wedding of a good friend in April-- traveling back to the U.S. to attend... and I'm told there will be single straight men there! Ha12

Well I'm just a little under 300. I wear a 44 but it gives me a horrible muffin top. Really bad I hang over my jeans front sides and back, but around here it's impossible to find jeans larger than 44. Also can't afford the larger sizes. So I will be able to keep wearing my jeans for a long time before there to big in the waist. Current waist measurement is 56. The problem is I carry absolutely all my weight in my torso. If I wear my jeans lower, below my stomach I can wear 36. But that looks even way more ridiculous than my current muffin top.2 -
I found an awesome pair of jeans in my closet that, if I recall correctly, I haven't worn since 2005. I tried them on and they were just a little snug at the waist. My mini goal is to wear them on St. Patrick's Day, although at the rate my waist has been shrinking I may be a week or two early.9

I want to lose another 8 pounds before March 4th. It was a more attainable goal before I slacked off the last two weeks, but losing isn't my issue when I can stick to it. The pounds just slide off when I can maintain a caloric intake of 1400/day. A few weeks ago I lost 8 pounds in one week, but I did nothing but maintain that weight for the following weeks. My friends and I are going to see the Dropkick Murphys on March 4th, and someone I've been involved with in the past will also be there. I know that is a horrible reason for motivation, but anyway that's why. Haha10
