That was my very first week so I assume it was mostly water weight I was hanging on to.0 -

I hit a milestone today. I have logged in one full year on MFP! I lost 27 pounds in that year. It was slow going but logging in everyday kept my mind on my goals. Now for the second year! This challenge helped me too. I've plateaued for a while now but I will not give up trying.5
