No, I did not follow the recommended nutrition guide, but I mostly ate clean and ate a lot of protein!!0 -

I totally recommend it to women!!!! DON'T BE SCARED OF MUSCLE!!!! I used pretty heavy dumbbells for this! I made the last 3 reps very challenging for myself and in the beginning you WILL have to modify a lot of the moves! Just stick with it!!!!!!!! The results will be a big reward!!!0 -

Upload your pics to a site like Photobucket, then use the "IMG" code for the pic you want. Copy and paste it into here, but when you do, make the "IMG" into "img".

great transformation so far, i'm moving on to brazil butt lift too and even got to meet Leondra this past June and called him the

Thank you Yes I sure did! I did full on pull ups, lol. I used the chair to modify them but gradually I relied less and less on it. I can now do TWO whole pull ups (the reverse grip kind) un-assisted! Hehe! I also did push ups on my toes (as many as I could then I went to my knees to get even more) AND I used heavy dumbbells! I made the last 3 reps CHALLENGING. Good luck to yall!!0 -

I LOVE your hard work and dedication. I just started the program this week. What size dumbbells would you suggest. The heaviest I have right now are 10's from when I was doing the Shred, so I've just been doing a bunch more reps. But I would like to go heavy without going too heavy to where I can't lift it!!0
