Football workout area would be fun! Have I told you I played on a women's team a couple years back? Not lingerie lol I loved it but way too time consuming. I have a crossfit area in my backyard, my tire is about that size and heavy AF. It took me a few weeks to finally be able to flip it alone. Spring needs to get here soon so I can get back out there!1 -

It's 4.30 a.m. here and I woke up at 3.15a.m. I have tried to sleep, given up, taken something for the stupid gut and also finished loading and started the dishwasher. As I have resorted to this distraction I would like people's input regarding the following..
You know the bra trick right? Where a bra can be removed without taking the top off first...
I was in a communal changing room recently , at my locker getting my towel when I notice a woman adjacent to me put her bikini bottom OVER her pants (underwear).
She then TAKES OFF HER PANTS FROM UNDER THE BIKINI BOTTOM!
Did you know about this?? I am 45, and I have NEVER SEEN ANYONE DO THIS BEFORE.2
