So frustrating. I have been staying below calories and was up 2 pounds this week! I think I am eating more carbs than I need as this week I am really feeling the belly bloat and water retention. Think for the next month I am going to give LCHF a try and see if that suits my body better.

I am SO close to getting out of those 160's!!! Still hoping for that 150 mark by my birthday (exactly 1 month away!)

Well I'm out of the 160's, but I'm starting to wonder about my goal of 150 in another 3 weeks.8.8 lbs in 3 weeks; I'd really have to push to lose 2.5/wk...but maybe...

Total January loss: 4.4. Yeah, defiantly not going to make my January goal, but at least the scale is still going in the right direction. TOM showed up, too, so maybe I'll have a good drop for next week.
Well, 1-31 ended at 155.4. Total loss of 6.8 lbs in January. It wasn't nearly as much as I wanted, but it's still more than 5 lbs down in a month, so I guess I'll take it.1 -

2-1: 156.4 (had a little jump in the scale over night. Hate those!!)
2-7: 154.6 (My birthday!! Went a little over this day because we went out to dinner AND had chocolate cake. You just CANT say not to your own birthday chocolate cake! And the cake lasted 3 days)
2-14: 153.6 (happy valentines day!!)
I really elieve this number would have been much lower if that birthday cake hadn't lasted 3 days! Lol. Plus, TOM is fixin to show up any minute)
