STRONGER-HIIT Workout-8 weeks

So, I have done this HIIT workout in the past and really enjoyed it. What better time then to get back into it. I will be starting next Monday 2-27-17. Our first workout will be Fire!

Nicky Holender's STRONGER-HIIT workout is an 8 week program. All the videos can be found on youtube. I am attaching the workout calendar below. I hope to see many people in here for an awesome workout and challenge. 8 weeks to a new you... are you ready?!? Yes!!! You are! You've got this. We are all here for you.

Please be sure to check in and report back on how you did. Remember it can be difficult to start, be sure to always listen to your body. Have a towel and glass of water near by. You can always do the modified versions until your body builds up the endurance it needs for the regular exercises. There is NO shame in that at all. I believe in you. :smiley:

    I thought that at first too, but you will be surprised to see how fast you will progress if you stick with the program. You can do the modifications which are a bit easier. I had to do a few of the modifications on some of the exercises myself. :)

    Thank you so much for posting this challenge. I started late, and have completed just fire and iron. I'll do two tomorrow to catch up. I can't believe this series is free. It's really good!

    I LOVE today's workout. It was just what my body needed to refuel and recover a bit. Thursday's REFUEL involves lower intensity cardio. Refuel targets your joint mobility with 60 second range of motion, followed by brief isometric posture, followed again by 60 sec low intensity cardio. It felt great!

    I burned 295 calories doing 41 minutes of STRONGER HIIT- REFUEL

    Okay, so soldier was tougher than I thought it would be. May have to do just that one today and catch up another way.

    @jenhitt yea it is a tougher one. You will enjoy Refuel though, it's much, much easier. It's a break from all the hard work we have been putting in. Slower pace, low intensity cardio, lots of stretching too. I look forward to Thursday's now lol.

    Monday 3/06 completed first workout!

    @ValleyHooper it was what I expected - a little challenging because I eat lunch at 1 and don't get home from work until 8. So I felt pretty sick while doing the workout. May have to see what I can do to snack beforehand but going to keep pushing forward with the workouts! :smile:

    I've been sick the last few days. Doing HIIT or any exercise in general when you are sick is not a good time lol. However, I am determined NOT to miss a single workout in this 8 week program. I fought through Iron...boom done!
