I would eat an entire bag of 3D doritos right now. Mostly because they're 90% air, but also because they were the best.

LOVED the Rice Krispie Treats cereal...

Also even in spite of all the controversy, I can't imagine pudding pops without seeing something like this in my head...

These are things from my childhood, way back in the day, that I'm still not really over their disappearance: Mickey's Banana Dreams -- a spice cake with an indentation in the center, and filled with really light fluffy fakey banana whipped cream. They were so damn good, I wish I could have one now.

Also, Schweppes Bitter Lemon, a nice sour lemon soda. Limonata is good, but Schweppes bitter lemon was less sweet and more lemony.

Dumb thread planted a bug in my brain and now I have to know:
What was the name of the candy bars they had in the 90s that were chocolate wafer crisps covered in chocolate but were marketed as a lower cal alternative? Green package? Arghhh...
@try2again Are you thinking of SnackWell's cookies?

@quiksylver296 You may want to give "Basic 4" cereal a try.

I really miss fried apple pies at McDonald's - and the chocolate shakes they had, then, too.
"Rain" by Snapple, and Jolt Cola in the glass bottle.

I'm beginning to get very confused by this mixed availability thing. We have those here too! They're the most common pie at McDonalds, although we also have a strawberry custard one.

they dont fry the apple pies here in the US anymore. they have apple pies they just supposedly are no longer fried.

Oh, okay! They're still deep fried over here. :)

    Oreo Os

Come on Post! They're not even available in Korea anymore!!! Bring em back!!!!

Wait, what?! My husband and I honeymooned in Korea and pretty much lived on those. When did they discontinue them?? :o

It's been very recent but yeah, sadly they're now gone from the whole Earth.

Well, dang it. I guess I'mma just have to crumble up a bunch of Oreos, pour milk over them, and eat 'em with a spoon then...

I thought of two yesterday while shopping at Wal-Mart for groceries.

They might still sell this somewhere else or online, but I used to find it all the time at Wal-Mart & it was delicious!

I don't care about the strawberry or the chocolate flavors. The vanilla was great.

I'm going to really show my age...Horn and Hardart mac and cheese and their rice pudding--from the automat. I found several recipes but it still isn't the same.
I second original Twinkies--and chocolate Tastykakes with the wax paper wrapper. And the original Tastypies.
And something has changed in the taste of P&P loaf--it just isn't the same.

Never tried this flavor, but hope it comes back someday since there's never enough Gingerbread stuff during Christmas.
