Not a scrambled fan. Poached, with googy yolk, or as an omelette/frittata for me! Or in shakshuka... Yum!4

Consider pickling eggs http://allrecipes.com/recipe/234065/classic-pickled-eggs/
There's all sorts of different recipes for it1 -
Omelet style. 2 whole 2 whites, salt pepper and some pepperjack cheese... topped with some sriracha sauce.3

This. Especially if it's sitting an English muffin and Canadian bacon, smothered in hollandaise sauce.7 -

I have a great new non-stick pan, so I get to use a very little spray oil and I crack and egg in, let it cook the bottom for a couple minutes then I pop a lid on and sort of steam it the rest of the way. The white sets up perfect while the yellow is runny but in a nice and thick kind of way. I can't stand any rawness in my eggs but I want a runny yolk.
I also cook them in stewed tomatoes, make a little hole and drop one in, same again, cover and cook out.3 -
Fried over medium. Firm white, runny yolk. So versatile. On black beans, on pasta, on a sandwich, over stewed tomatoes, yum yum yum.1

Get an Instant Pot (electric pressure cooker)! I can't believe how easy the peel come off an egg cooked in the instant pot. Short of making the purchase. Place in ice water after boiling, the shell come off much easier.
I like eggs pretty much any ole way. But I too love poached eggs. Just discovered pickled eggs, soy or miso marinated eggs. New fave!6 -
Cool i will try it am i wierd because i find peeling them therapeutic lol1

U can all add me if u want i dont bite0

Eggs in stewed tomatoes are very good1

Poached or fried with a runny yolk. Like served with potato farms, smoked salmon and BBQ sauce, or, of course, a good fry up. ham & mushroom omelette or croissants & salmon if they're scrambled. But one of my all time favourites is egg and chips with a couple of slices of bread and butter and brown sauce. Yum yum x0

Hard boiled is my preference. Sometimes fried or scrambled, but that's more work.0

Gosh I love eggs!!! Poached eggs, fried eggs (with salt) and hard boiled. With scrambled: I use a non-stick frypan and add shredded cheese. I can't eat scrambled eggs unless I've cooked them with shredded cheese. I am taking a bit of a break from eggs at the moment though because I was just eating too many! Haha, I have an egg problem lol3

Definitely no runny yolk for me. Big turn off.4 -
Fried or poached, the runnier the middle the better for me
In fact I just tried raw yolks in a post-workout smoothie for the first time last week... not bad at all, actually1 -
I'm a simple fella. Over easy and hard boiled through the week, 3 egg western every Sunday at Pete's Place on Wyandotte in Windsor. Greatest omelette ever.0
-
Keep it simple i like it0

I love eggs. I am fortunate enough to have more than a few free range hens. Their eggs are delicious any way they are cooked but my favorite way is an omelette with green onions, salmon, and Swiss cheese.5

To make peeling hard boiled eggs easy...
Place eggs gently into boiling water. The blast of heat sets the protein preventing it from sticking to the shell. Science.
I saw on food network a "chef" teaching by placing eggs in cold water then bringing to a boil. Not Science. Eggs ridiculously hard to peel.
Once eggs are hard boiled, crack evenly all around the egg, then peel under cool running water.6 -
Oh scrambled with cheese with a ton of hot sauce is my favorite. Deviled eggs come in second.0
