İ had some training two three years ago, so muscle memory definitely helped speeding it. Also i ate a lot, i mean every meal i stop when i phsically can't eat anymore. For me eating was the harder part, i enyoy lifting.(i even threw up 3 4 times when i pushed myself too much, but you gotta do what you gotta do) i use whey protein, multivitamin, and fish oil. And ı never skip training, i do 4-5-6 days a week (it depends on my mood)2 -

Reads like a click bait story to get the supplement kicked off. Most of the ingredients in the supplement have already been proven fairly ineffective. He certainly couldn't gain 15 lbs of muscle in a month. It suggest that it can alter metabolism and flush out toxins. The first would cause it to be banned on the market as side effects are generally death and the latter is a joke. Our body naturally flushes toxins.

The process works the same for women and males. Moderate surplus (~10 to 15% over maintenance) and a good progressive overload lifting program.1 -

So in other words, it's a useless scam just like about 99.5% of the "supplement" products on the market.0 -

Pretty much. But don't you want to know how to gain uber amounts of muscle and cut uber amounts of fat all at once.. All you need is ACV and a special supplement, that contains the normal ingredients... but you know, this brand is special.0 -
