20lb to loose - looking for more fitness buddies!

Hi all! was wondering if anyone would like to become fitness buddies...
I've been on and off MFP for various years but, I began making serious changes as of June 2015 and have been on an ongoing journey since then.. really has not been easy and the past week I've noticed my weight loss significantly begining to slow down which is really testing my patience

Height: 5ft4
HW: 190lb
CW: roughly 143lb
GW1: 125lb
Ultimate GW: 120lb

Also am trying to get to 140lb before my birthday, so I have less than two weeks to try reach that target!

I eat around 1250 - 1300 cals per week & aim for a 1lb loss (which is not happening at the moment :# ) I also use fitbit so if you want to add me on there, send me a message with your email! :p

    Hello everyone, I'm a mom with two kids (ages 10 and 13) and I am working on losing about 20 lbs. The last time I was at my happy & healthy weight was about three years ago. Since then I've allowed the pounds back on, just kind of stopped making good food choices and working out regularly. I'm ready to get back on track, looking for motivation and support. I would add all of you but I have to figure out how to do that!

    I want to join also. I too am kind of at a stand still with my weight loss. GW 135. I am 5'4" and 60 years old. I have been hovering in the 143 range for the last 2 weeks. 140 was also my short term goal by my BD, in 2 weeks. It's been a struggle with food. I have a fit but and have the work out thing down pat. Any support is greatly appreciated!

    Hey there! I think the main reason I've had trouble sticking to it is, I don't have anyone to keep me accountable! I recently had a back injury so I've been out of work and staying home with my two toddlers. I haven't been this heavy since I was pregnant with my youngest. That realization was a punch in the gut. Maybe I'll give this a shot:

    Height: 5' 5.5"
    HW: 160 lb
    CW: 160 lb :neutral:
    GW1: 145 lb
    Ultimate GW: 130 - 135 lb

    I am trying to stick to 1200 calories a day (this is HARD with toddlers. They always want to feed you!) And I also use a fitbit :smile:

    I'm sending you a friend request. We are kind of close in CW and GW. I'm 150 and want to be 125 with another goal hopefully at that point of 120 lbs but we will see when I get there! I'm 4'11 in height though. :)

    Hi everyone, I've just signed up to start using myfitnesspal today in hopes to keep myself accountable. I'm 35, 5ft 3in and *gulp* officially am the heaviest I have ever been at 165 pounds. OMG, makes me sick just typing that. I work from home all day and so am sitting at the computer for all of that, then i work part time in the evenings where i'm really only on my feet for a few hours before returning home to sit on the couch for a few hours before bed and starting the cycle all over. My goal is to lose at least 35 pounds to get down to 130. I literally have no time for the gym with my schedule and so I've bought a treadmill which I've been staring at for the past few months collecting dust. I have tons of reasons to get off my butt and do something about this but yet I just don't. I've become so lazy and unmotivated. So just wanted to say hello and hopefully this will help and i'll meet others and make connections to help keep me accountable and get me moving!

    It gets much harder to lose once you get down to the last twenty. You might want to increase your exercise or cut your calories a little more/be more consistent.

    I started in the 130s (I never took a proper starting weight but when I started to notice a difference I weight myself and was 128) and I am aiming for 120 or recomp. I eat 1290 and walk/run/hike 1-2 miles a day and even with that it took me 3 months to lose 3 pounds. Most of the changes I saw were not in weight loss but the way my body looked and fit into clothes, which satisfied me.

    I would love more friends that are aiming for similar stats because I have noticed it is so much harder for me to lose weight or change my fat to muscle than others since I'm already at a healthy range. Also before anyone comments on it 120 is a healthy bmi and maintenance cals are very low for my activity and size so it's all healthy weight loss. I am 5'2" not sure on my current weight, I slacked off for a few weeks so gained a few and don't have the heart weight myself until I am back on track!

    I just got onto the community today and I have 15 lbs to loose its my last 15 as well. Can I still be added? I really needs a support system.

    I have lost 50 lbs in the past and I have allowed it to creep back up I need to stop the creep. :neutral:

    I've been on here a while but haven't kept up. Looking for friends :) All welcome. I can use the help and inspiration in keeping up with this. I fight my weight everyday. Had a pituitary tumor when I was a teenager and had it removed. Ended up in steroids to keep me alive for the rest of my life. I'm not doing bad but not happy with me either. I want to be more fit.     I am single mom of two kids, 8 & 1 years old. Three years ago I used this app and got to a healthy weight. Since then I gained it all back. MY highest weight is 204. My current weight is 193. I am 5ft 7. My first goal is 172 and ultimate goal is 160. I would love to have friends. Feel free to add me. I struggle with this calorie thing because I love food and apparently it loves me!
