Just the beginning (82lbs lost in 10 months)

25 years old 5'11"

Picture on the left was at 232lbs, the right is 150lbs taken yesterday. Don't mind the terrible sunburn, lol.

I counted calories pretty religiously and didn't stray much. I do calisthenics 5 days a week and fasted cardio in the mornings.

I can't wait to start eating at a surplus and gain some real muscle. Only going to get better from here!

    Man, I've got a long way to go lol. 6'0", 265 at start and currently 218. Honestly thought I'd look more like you by now haha. Good job dude.
