I'm not moving anything today. I thought I was dying during my workout yesterday and now I'm so sore I can't move. Feels good man..

I'm currently in training for a half marathon so even with the cold, it's a lot of running. When the weather is horrible, I hit my treadmill pretty hard.

I'm also training for my first half in 8 weeks. Today was a cross training day. LOVE DAYS LIKE THESE! Running day after day becomes so monotonous.

I don't really do much cross training. If I throw in some yoga or whatever I just add it to what I'm already doing. Running is probably the easiest way for me to get my exercise in. I can do it just about anywhere and it doesn't really require equipment. It's especially good if I'm away from home.
