5'10" 190lbs - 4 years ago I was 271lb9

5'10"...currently 190 with my usual winter weight...
180ish in my profile pic...I'll be there by May.1 -
6'0" 180lb. I want to get down to 165ish if my body allows it.1

5'11 - Happily maintaining around 170 pounds. Started off at 254 in 2012.
I usually get down to 165 in the summer, but that's a little too low for my frame.6 -
5'9" and 163. Looking to get back to my old weight of 140. Started February 11th and down from 168.4.1

5'9", but I have significant scoliosis. I was 5'11" at age 13 and its been all downhill from there.
My current weight is 161 lbs. I started at 270 lbs almost 2.5 years ago. I'm trying for 155 at an extremely relaxed pace (0.5 lbs/week).
I'm REALLY happy with how I look right now. I'd probably stop for aesthetics, but all the medical literature indicates that the less I weigh, the happier my back and other joints will be, and the better the outcomes for my condition.5
