Not a weight goal but it is related to my self improvement and better lifestyle . I tend to let dishes pile up and then it's a big chore and prevents me from having people over. I use my home as a hide out and not even my boyfriend has spent much time here. I don't want to be hiding. My mini goal is to not let the dishes pile up. I'll also be working on keeping a home that I can invite people to visit. My weight loss is helping with my emotional health and having a positive spillover into my entire life.
Hey Sunny! Have you seen "flylady". It's a Web site that helps you get your house clean one little chore at a time. It is one of the first things I found on the Internet, 20 years ago, and it's still there! It's like MFP for your house. I still use some of thier tips after all this time and my house is almost always decent. The very fist thing you learn is how to make your sink smile at you every day!5 -
Alas I'm almost back where I started and my newest goal is to get back down to 80gks, 8lbs or so to go3

My mini-goal is to not drink soda (Dr. Pepper) during lent. Only has been 3days but I saw the scale actually drop a little. This is huge for me because I'm a Dr. Pepper addict. Surprisingly I'm not craving it either. I'm logging my food and finally exercising. Big progress for me in the past week.6

Deadlift 335 lbs. Hit 331.7 Saturday.9

My mini goal is to fit better in my currently too tight jeans. I think 5 more lbs should do it, down 6.2 lbs to date!4
-
To break 200 Ibs for the first time in two years.6

I've had several mini goals along the way. My current one is to see 199 on the scale. I am 13 pounds away, with a total loss of 66.8

1. First 10 lbs. - Achieved 4/3/17 - off to shop for a new bathing suit & goggles later today.
2. Consistently running 3X week - was doing well with this but sick on Friday so that cancelled my planned run. Oh, well, will be back at it on Sunday.7 -
Finally started seeing the scale move in the right direction! Stuck at 152.something for 2 weeks! Even had a 2.4 pound upswing (due to sodium) Wednesday. Then, it started falling off a pound at a time! Finally got rid of that dreaded 2 in the pounds place! This morning, 151.2...it moved to the ounces place! Hopefully, after my active weekend I have planned, I can reach that 150 mark.
That's my current mini goal.
Next mini goal: 145 by the end of March. With the scale finally moving, I have rejuvenated motivation to make it happen!5 -
I'm going to Myrtle Beach in July. I want to drop another 40 pounds by then and hopefully wear a bikini for the first time in my life and not feel out of place. I'm 184 now so it isn't too far of a stretch8

Horribly shallow, but here goes. I've always been the "fat sister" even though I've never been huge- I was a UK size 12/14 before, but my sister was always a UK 8. We are going on holiday together in a few weeks and I'm finally wearing a size 8 too. I'm not going to feel like a whale next to her and I might see if I can borrow that blue top of hers I've been eyeing up!20

I can relate. Sibling stuff is difficult. I have mixed feelings about the next time I see my sister, which will be after I hit goal. She's always been a bit cruel about my weight. She's the "pretty/thin" one; I'm the "smart" one. I want her to know that I've lost the weight, but don't want to talk about it. We don't get on well, and food/weight has always been a trigger topic. I'm pessimistic about it to the point that I'm considering just traveling for the holidays instead of seeing her at my parents' house. Then I'll send them a Christmas picture of me on the beach in my bathing suit.12 -

Ahh bless you. It must be really difficult if your sister isn't particularly kind about your weight. My sister has always told me I look lovely but by the very nature of our size difference, I always felt like a blob next to her. It doesn't help that we look like twins (we aren't) other than the weight.. and we sound the same. When people would say "I don't think I know your sister.." I'd describe her to people as "she looks exactly like me but half the size" not cool.
When I saw her after I lost the weight, she grabbed me in a bear hug before shoving her hand down my jeans exclaiming "you've disappeared!!" Lol! Strange woman. Now I can describe her as "looks like me, but shoves her hands down your trousers when she sees you"13 -

This is sweet, and made me LOL! It's nice to know there are these sorts of sisters out there. Even if they do shove their hands down your pants.

My next mini is to reach 260 by end March, or -36 total for the year.
That's a mid sized microwave off my belly

Two things.
I saw 199.5 on the scale a week ago. Haven't been under 200 since before menopause over 2 years ago.
Getting faster in swim practice and leading my lane and maybe needing to move to a faster lane.14 -
