They are my favorite, chocolatey, marshmallowy (it's a word) goodness wrapped in graham! However, I draw the line at having that as a breakfast food. Dessert or a snack? Fair game.
Good Lord, I will be trying this this summer!1 -

I've met some people recently doing the low carb thing and they were both doing weekly "high carb days" and both siad they had vomiting and diarrhea on the cheat days. That sounds miserable. I don't care how well it's working. I would much quicker shame them than someone carefully planning a poptart into their day. Health doesnt have to be torture.5

Yeah, I've heard that about carb loaded cheat days for low-carbers. I just laughed in my head when the same coworker who shamed me for eating pop tarts did the following as "nachos":
Large bowl filled with refried beans, sour cream, cheese, and taco meat. Instead of tortilla chips? Pork rinds. Dip said pork rind into giant bowl and repeat.
While that sounds tasty, my arteries clogged just thinking about it, lol.1 -

I just want to go on record as stating that in my memory, which is crystal clear, S'mores are made with TOASTED marshmallows...0

Sometimes I eat toaster strudels for dinner. Only 360 calories for two!
Don't care much for Pop Tarts. (one thing I can totally avoid)
However, the toaster strudels are delicious.

So does anyone actually toast them before eating them or nah?0

I think poptarts are gross but if you like them go ahead. No shame in eating food you like... except if you stole it.
What??? I always figured stolen food tasted the best, ha ha, kidding. I was "spoken" to at work once for the "aggressive" message i put on my paper lunch-bag because someone kept stealing my lunch . . . something about losing that f%@&^$ng limb if it was ever in my lunch again.
I can't eat pop tarts, to many allergies2
