Want to lose 5 more lbs4

Made it to the 140s! I just really want to focus on my running at the moment. Signing up for a 5k for next month.10

I want to lose 10lbs3

I really just want to do a push up. Just one...the correct way. I can tell I'm getting closer.14

I read that using stairs (and moving down one stair every week) is closer to a full push up than a knee push up.
No idea if that's true. But they said it had to do with the angle of your body. Or something.8 -
Getting under 290 and as of this morning I'm .8lbs away.6
-
To be overweight (rather than obese). 12 pounds to go7
-
Onderland... a mere 8 lbs away....
It would surely be easier to get there if EVERYTHING weren't labeled "Eat me."18 -

What do you do currently? I have always done them with legs crossed at knees and feet up (girl style?) So I was doing at least 30 in my body weight circuits training exercises but I decided one day I was just going to try an actual pushup and I did 10 of them in a row. You might surprise yourself, especially if you do other upper body and core workouts.3 -

I have a bum knee so girl style doesn't work for me. I do "elderly style"which is what we endearingly call it in my house. I stand away from the wall and do standing push ups. I also get into a push up position on the floor and hold it at various heights. I can't go all the way down and hold it...yet.3 -

Thanks for the tip! I use the wall right now and step farther away every week. I can't do knee push ups bc of a bum knee. The stairs make sense!

My mini goal at the moment is to fit into the jeans I have waiting. I am currently in some 18's (vanity sized) and I have 14's waiting for me. They fit in but are too tight to wear. I have had this "mini" goal for ages, but it is getting closer! Down 9kg, and expecting it to take at least another 7. But I can't wait!!6
-
0.8 kg then I can finally read the novel that I have been looking forward to for months :-)5

Hit my mini goal of getting into the 140s!! 149.6 this morning. I'm excited. Next mini goal is to get my weight consistently into the 140s and to get my trend weight into the 140s. Then my next goal will be to work my way down to the low 140s. But today I'm celebrating my 149.6 and I get the reward I promised myself - $200 to spend on skin/body care products10

ok MFP peeps. I'm putting this out there for the world so I can remind myself I have decided that WHEN (not if) WHEN I get to my next mini goal of 180 (which is "overweight" AND 101 lbs lost) I am going to buy the barbell and weights and floor mats I have been wanting for my basement. I'm only not doing it right this second because I really need to save a little up for this. But it's only 11lbs away. So I better get saving!24

Reaching 150 lbs - around 6 lbs to go. It's a mini-goal but a key one. A 3-in-1 jackpot.
Not only is 150 lbs like one of those big round numbers but it also happens to be 68 kg (the system I actually count in) which means 50 kg lost. It's around 110 pounds but 50 kg sort of represents the a similar key milestone as the 100 lbs in the US system. AND it also happens to be the weight where I finally move into a healthy BMI too.
My weight loss has obviously slowed down by now and it's going to take a bit longer than in the past but I'm going to get there eventually.14 -
I finally reached my 90 lbs lost mini-goal. On to the next one of 95 lbs.15

This is kind of a big one for me. I want to weigh 170lbs by April 1st. I have ~6.8lbs to get there so I plan on cranking it up on Monday (I have a way better success rate on weekdays because I am on a schedule). Then it will only be 10 more pounds until my pre-pregnancy weight. Granted my children are turning 12 and 7, but better late than never. Then it will be on to smaller numbers!5
-
I'm still trying to get below 250. I've only lost 3lbs since I posted this same minigoal 4 weeks ago with a very arrogant "I lose weight soooo easy when I really try," alongside it. Ugh karma! I have 6.7lbs to go. Maybe I can hit it by April.14
-
My goal is to be able to complete my training for a late April 1/2 marathon I'm signed up for without any major bumps along the way such as injuries or sickness.10
-
Another 1.5 lbs to get into the 230's (can't even remember the last time I was there. Probably 15 years) and 8.5 lbs to go to reach my halfway point!9
-
Total of 14 lbs. lost - means that I have reached a mini-goal of 1/3 of the way to my ultimate goal - 38 lbs.5
-
I kinda reached my one of my mini goals. My highest weight is 95 kg (209 lbs) last year, I've been around 85-90 kg about 4-5 years. First I hit 84 kg (185 lbs) and then 83 kg (183 lbs), which is I've not seen it 4-5 years, and now I'm 82 kg (181 lbs).
Next I'm waiting for 80 kg (176,4) which is I'll become overweight not obese anymore according to BMI. Excited!15 -
In 2 more lbs I will be only overwieght not obese.16
-
1-My mini goal is not to eat too little for the next 4 weeks.
I love seeing the numbers going down, but I don't want to dip into the starve/binge cycle. This has been happening since I lost the excess fat reserve that has been fueling me!
2-Run three times a week.
The snow is GONE, the roads are clear and the sun is out past 430 now. I've told myself even if i just get out for 15 min, its good. This is dependent on my sciatica however.6
