I'm in! I wake up at 5:30 every morning for school and don't finish everything until 9:30 at night due to stress and exhaustion I haven't been to the gym in months. I can use something activite however small it is to keep as a head start towards the gym. Everytime I go to stuff cold turkey I get overwhelmed and stop Midway. Doing this will help me increase and do baby steps. Let's rock this!!1

Didn't hit my step goal for the first time this month! I tried but had a friend in Surgery and didn't get home until 1 in the morning! I will do better today!1 -
Hi friend!
I work from home and I have no kids. lol
I usually split them up. For example my 5 mile workout from this morning I did 3 miles early in the morning and 2 miles after breakfast in the mid morning. I can do 2 miles without getting sweaty so I factor that in as well.

I'm taking it easy on the workouts today and resting a little.
I'm quite proud of myself for getting 5+ fitness miles in everyday for the past 2 1/2 weeks!
