Run a 5k and get into healthy weight on BMI scale.
Finally warm enough in Korea to run outside again. So my goal is to be able to run 5k straight.
I have been between 182-192 lbs since August so I'd like to finally get out and down to 178 lbs and for the first time since elementary school be at a healthy weight (according to BMI scale).

This is kind of a big one for me. I want to weigh 170lbs by April 1st. I have ~6.8lbs to get there so I plan on cranking it up on Monday (I have a way better success rate on weekdays because I am on a schedule). Then it will only be 10 more pounds until my pre-pregnancy weight. Granted my children are turning 12 and 7, but better late than never. Then it will be on to smaller numbers!
I still talk about getting back to my pre-pregnancy weight(<1kg to go now ) and my kids are 17 and 146 -
I'm finally staying under oneunderland! I hit it before but went right back over it. This week I've managed to stay under it. Come on home stretch, I can do it!11

Getting into the 160's. About a year ago I was struggling to avoid being 200lbs. I'm down to 174, I see 169 in my future.11

2 bike rides a week. 2 swims per week. Bike the triathlon route 2 times a month until the triathlon in May. Hoping to drop another 5 lbs so I'm in a new set of numbers for my doctor's appointment in April.9

Mini goal: to lose more (around 10 more pounds) before my cruise at the end of April...7

I have 189 days until I get married and I told myself I wanted to lose 20lbs. I've lost the first ten. I haven't noticed much change to my body, but I see my face slimming a tiny bit and my engagement ring is looser. I can't wait to be on my honeymoon and feel more confident in a swim suit.8

My mini goal this month has been to have lost 30 lbs total by my birthday, March 28th. Only 2 to 3 lbs to go...12

Mini-Goals right now-hit 131.5 on scale for the next two weeks. I hit 131 even this morning but need to stay at or below 131.5 for the majority of the next two weeks to be able to cross it off my mini-goal hit list. If I do this, I am 50% of the way to the finish line!9

My current mini goal is to return to my high school weight, 140. Only 7 more pounds to go!!6

I ran an awful 4 mile race a couple weeks back (my first paid run and little to no training). I've been doing C25K three times a week and am now actually looking forward to signing up for my first 5K in May.3

I'm at -20.2 now. Mini goal is -23 - that seems like a number that says finally I'm getting there

Mini goal is losing 30 lbs. Only 10 to go3

I have a mini goal of 3 days within a week of being below 195, today was Day 1!! two more days in the next six and I get to try to buy jeans that fit. I hate shopping but my jeans are loose enough to cause chafing.4

Weekly weigh-ins. I am looking forward to that every week, and whenever I think of over-eating my calories, I think of that weigh-in day.
Having my weight stats from the past two years, I also figured out that for every week I don't pay attention to food or lack in exercise I need another 2 or 3 weeks to get back to where I was weight-wise before the slip - that motivates me too!7 -
I'm running a 5K on Saturday. It's my third one so far. Feeling a bit out of practice since we've gotten a snowpocalypse, but I'm hoping to beat my previous times! Should be a fairly straightforward race. Then I'll transition to 10K training since 5Ks are old hat by now Also it would be lovely to hit 250 by my 5K day. That puts me at 70 pounds down!6
-
I'm trying hard to lose another 4.5 lbs and get under 200lbs for the first time in probably close to 15 years! From there it's only 15lbs away from a healthy BMI and 25lbs away from my ultimate goal of 175ish at 6'
The future, hrrrng, so close!

Getting into the 260's for the first time in about 10 years. We are heading out on a cruise in May and I would like to be down another pant size before that.6

My first mini goal since I've started my journey February 11th was 30 lbs. I'm 7 lbs away from that, but loving how much more comfortable my clothes are fitting.3

Mine is to resist the candy jar at work this week. Whoever suggested naming your craving "Ben" and telling it to go away is a genius, I haven't touched the Reese's Pieces so far!9

I am soooo using this....although my fiance may find it weird that I'm suddenly yelling at "Ben" all the time....he might think I changed the children's names without letting him know

Finally caught up on the thread!
My goal is to get to ONEderland (again...and this has got to be the last time!). I'm at 204 right now, so 5 lbs should do it.8 -
To walk on the treadmill tonight like I planned4
-
Excellent. 5 lbs to 199 is my mini-goal. I'm super motivated to hit it.. and then I'll be super motivated to hit 180 and maintain!!!4

I am swimming faster. I am healthy (have MS, but staying healthy - not getting sick). I am happier.
I would love to get as fast as I was when I stopped swimming (14 years ago).
I would love to weigh what I did when I got divorced (8 years ago) - need to lose 40 lbs
Would love to get off my MS medicine (multiple sclerosis meds)
Just happy for moving forward12
