    I ran an awful 4 mile race a couple weeks back (my first paid run and little to no training). I've been doing C25K three times a week and am now actually looking forward to signing up for my first 5K in May.

    Mini goal is losing 30 lbs. Only 10 to go

    I have a mini goal of 3 days within a week of being below 195, today was Day 1!! two more days in the next six and I get to try to buy jeans that fit. I hate shopping but my jeans are loose enough to cause chafing.

    My first mini goal since I've started my journey February 11th was 30 lbs. I'm 7 lbs away from that, but loving how much more comfortable my clothes are fitting.

    Excellent. 5 lbs to 199 is my mini-goal. I'm super motivated to hit it.. and then I'll be super motivated to hit 180 and maintain!!!
