Try BBG by Kayla Itsines! Also, if you go on bodybuilding.com or Body Space they have a lot of workouts!

Lose fat by eating at a calorie deficit and start a weight lifting plan to maintain muscle.

Calorie deficit for weight loss, exercise for fitness. You won't gain muscle while losing, but some form of strength or resistance training will help you retain as much muscle as possible.

60lbs in 4 months and with decent definition? Not likely to happen.

60 lbs is a bit much to lose by summer.
If you are just starting, focus on your diet first, eating in calorie deficit.

@artluv22 if you want to be toned by summer just eat the calorie deficit MFP provides and track workouts. Make sure to do a mix of cardio and weights! I've lost 26 pounds in 3 months, I'm sure you could accomplish the same!
