Oops, forgot about the Wednesday weigh in I set for myself. Guess Thursday will have to do since today's is better anyway!
So I had a fun weekend. Ended up going to 2 birthday parties, out to brunch, and dinner/movie combination (with popcorn!) from Friday night to Sunday afternoon. Tried to stick as best as I could to at least maintenance each day by adding a little more walking in, but I just had to accept the spike on the scale at 207.2. No biggie as it's all come off since then, and I was still able to post a loss since last Wednesday. Still not at my recent lowest (202.6) from last week but I'm getting there!
Thanks for letting me ramble, this is a good way to remember what I did from week to week!

I can't believe I'm going to say this but I am disappointed in this weeks weigh in. I was happy to hit 30lbs down, but last night was my first binge since I started back in January. I know my weigh in would have been better if that hadn't happened last night. Back on track today though!6 -

Not coming off as quickly as I'd like these days! Really hoping the next 5 weeks go better. I'm planning a few weeks at maintenance before my 10k race in May, and I don't want this to be part of one big plateau.3 -

Hopefully our last cold snap came and went this week, which means I will be back in my kayak soon. I wouldn't win any races, but I love to paddle on flat water, and do a little fishing.
I had a good week, not as active as I know I should be, but the latter half of the week, the scale started moving a bit more. The average shows a slight loss, today I saw a new low of 221.6. I am close to where I thought I was when I discovered that my old scale was "light".
Starting weight December 25, 2016: 233. (Adjusted for new scale.)
Average from Feb. 27-March 5: 224.9
Average from March 6 - March 12: 223.8
Average from March 13 - March 19: 223.2
Cumulative loss for March: 1.7 lbs.
Total cumulative loss: 9.8 lbs.
Ultimate goal:180. I haven't seen that number in 3 decades. Keep me accountable.
